Located in the heart of poetic Sapa, Hotel de la Coupole – MGallery is a sophisticated fusion of high fashion and classic French architecture. To meet Accor Group's rigorous service standards, we provided a comprehensive Information Technology and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) solution: Design Consultancy: Developing optimized technical plans to ensure the IT infrastructure integrates harmoniously with Bill Bensley's artistic architecture while achieving peak operational performance. Wi-Fi & HSIA Systems: Implementing wide-area wireless infrastructure and High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA) solutions, providing smooth and stable connectivity for guests throughout the hotel. CCTV Security System: Installing an intelligent video surveillance system to ensure maximum security for guests and assets, in compliance with international security standards. Interactive IPTV Solution: Delivering a modern IPTV system with an MGallery-branded interface, elevating the guest entertainment experience and internal communication in every guestroom. The successful completion of the project in 2017-2018 contributed to establishing Hotel de la Coupole as a leading luxury resort icon in Northern Vietnam.
