Executive summary

The Euro Village Villa project sets high benchmarks for system integration, architectural aesthetics, and ultimate convenience. We are proud to deliver a true "Smart Home" solution where technology is powerfully connected and seamlessly operated: Dedicated Network Infrastructure (Ruckus & HPE): The most critical foundation of the home. We implemented high-performance switching systems from HPE combined with Ruckus Networks access points. Featuring exclusive BeamFlex+ technology, the system ensures seamless coverage throughout the villa, maintaining high-speed and ultra-stable connectivity for hundreds of smart devices simultaneously. Central Control System (Control4): The heart of the home, allowing the owner to manage all electronic, audio, and visual devices through a single interface on smartphones or touch panels. Artistic Lighting & Shading (Lutron): Integrating Lutron’s lighting and automated shading systems to create customized scenes for different moods and times of day, while optimizing natural light and enhancing architectural aesthetics. Entertainment & Home Cinema: Designing and installing a bespoke home theater with cinematic audio and visual quality, providing an elite and private entertainment experience for the family. Climate Control (Coolmaster): Integrating smart central air conditioning control, ensuring the living environment remains at an ideal temperature while optimizing energy consumption.

Project context

This project sits inside an environment where technical depth, delivery timing, and operational continuity have to align from day one.

Delivered for a property located in Đà Nẵng.
Aligned with property-level operating requirements and handover expectations.
The work required coordination between design intent, implementation sequence, and operational readiness.

How we delivered it

01

Reviewed scope, integration dependencies, and site priorities before deployment.

02

Coordinated multiple infrastructure disciplines so handover did not rely on fragmented packages.

03

Structured testing and delivery around the project phase and operational target date.

Delivery outcomes

Clearer implementation sequence across related systems.

Reduced coordination gaps between technical teams and operational stakeholders.

A more reliable handover foundation for long-term support.
